Age restrictions apply: Mantra Maniac only accepts clients over 18 years old for all digital services and courses. We strive to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Any subscriber to the newsletter or customer who does not meet these criteria (age over 18) will be immediately deleted from our database and refunded if necessary, with a return of the concerned product(s) required.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. Payment can be made by credit card, with cards issued by banks domiciled outside the EU required to be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is made through Mollie. The information transmitted is encrypted by industry-standard software and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Mollie and cannot be attributed to us.

Since we offer digital services and courses, delivery is made via electronic means immediately upon successful payment. The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered services have been accessed or downloaded.

We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with a digital service or course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Conditions: The service or course must not have been fully consumed or completed. Refunds are not available for services or courses that have been fully accessed or where the primary content has been utilized.

- Process: To request a refund, please contact us at mantramaniac@aquarianconsultant.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for promotional items, discounted services, or bundled packages unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the appropriate Data Protection Authority in the Netherlands. By adhering to these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data.
